 Here at Jolly Harbor Soap Market I aim to provide excellent products and service for you. Here are some Harbor outlines:

  • Returns - Due to the personal nature of Bath products, I do not accept returns. If you have a concern about your order, please include a photo with your message to me. It will be reviewed and respond to as quickly as possible to help you.
  •  Refund policy - I will only refund if there is a proven error on Jolly Harbors part,  Please read the details on the listing. I include ingredients, sizes of each product, and photos. If you have questions, please send me a message and I will be happy to help.
  • Privacy policy - Your personal information is not shared or sold EVER. 
  • Terms of service - you are responsible for reading descriptions of product size, color, scent, and ingredients. Please double check your address is correct before finalizing order. Any concerns with your order need to sent to me within 7 days or your receiving your order.
  • Shipping policy -Your Jolly Harbor Soap order will ship within 3 business week days. I do my part to get your precious cargo ready to go in timely manner and packed to make the journey to your door safely. Depending on the time of year and unforeseen weather hardships, shipments may be delayed. Your tracking number will be provided for you to keep an eye on the progress!
